What is your return policy?

You can request a return or withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item of your order. Please use our contact form for this purpose. Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless otherwise provided by law or agreed upon with us. Please also read our refund policy for the full terms and conditions.

How long does delivery take and what are the shipping costs?

For orders to Belgium, the Netherlands, and other EU countries, the estimated delivery time is 3–10 calendar days. Actual delivery times may vary. Any shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

I have not received the confirmation email. What now?

Check your spam folder first. If the email is not there either, please contact us via our contact page and we will be happy to assist you further.

Can I pick up my order at a store?

No, Viorastyl is an online store. All orders are delivered to your home.

How does a return work and when will I receive my refund?

Please register your return first via the contact form. After your request, you will receive return instructions. A free return label is not included. Following your withdrawal, we will refund the amount due via the original payment method in accordance with applicable legal rules. We may withhold the refund until we have received the item or until you provide proof of return.

Are sale items also accepted for return?
